Upakarma is an auspicious ritual marking the beginning of a new learning cycle for Vedic studies. This sacred ceremony is traditionally performed by those who study the Rig Veda and Yajur Veda, signifying the renewal of their commitment to spiritual learning and practice.

The term "Nutana Sahita" refers to the fresh commencement of Vedic recitation and study, making this an important observance for our community's spiritual growth.

What to Expect

During this ceremony, participants will:

  • Perform the traditional Upakarma rituals
  • Renew their sacred thread (Yajnopavita)
  • Begin the new cycle of Vedic study and chanting
  • Seek blessings for knowledge and spiritual progress

  • Achamane Set, Fruits and Flowers.
