What is the dress code for the morning?

To maintain the sanctity of the puja, traditional Indian attire is highly encouraged (e.g., dhotis or kurtas for men; sarees or salwar suits for women).

Can we bring any offerings for Rayaru?

Your presence and devotion are the greatest offerings. If you would like to bring something simple, Rayaru is fondly pleased with Tulsi leaves, fresh flowers, or fruits.

Can I offer a seva?

Yes. Archane ($15), Phala & Pushpa ($25), Hasthodaka ($51), Abhisheka ($75) and Annadana ($101) can be selected when you register. Attending is open to all.

I might be running late, can I join midway?

Absolutely. Please feel free to join us whenever you can make it. The Abhisheka begins at 10:40 AM, followed by the Mangala Aarati at 11:45 AM.

10:30 - Sankalpa & Puja Commencement

Setting the divine intentions for the morning and beginning the main rituals.

10:40 - Abhisheka & Stotra Parayana

Sacred bathing of Rayaru with collective chanting of the Sri Raghavendra Stotra.

11:30 - Alankara & Puja

Decoration of Rayaru and offering of naivedya.

11:45 - Mangala Aarati & Teertha Prasada

The concluding offering, wave of the lamp, and distribution of sacred blessings.
